Healthy Buck is designed to provide useful wellness information and tools while collecting as little personal information as reasonably necessary.

Membership and payments. Healthy Buck uses third-party services such as Substack to manage subscriptions, subscriber email addresses, account access, and payments. Healthy Buck does not collect or store your account password or payment-card information on the Healthy Buck website. Information you provide to those services is also subject to their privacy policies.

HBPI and wellness information. Healthy Buck Personal Wellness Intelligence processes information you choose to provide so it can answer questions, create resources, and provide member features. Information necessary to generate AI-powered responses may be transmitted to service providers that process requests on Healthy Buck’s behalf.

Healthy Buck is designed not to maintain a permanent server-side health-record repository for your personal Journal and saved wellness records. Some records and settings may instead be stored in your browser or in files you choose to save or export.

Your storage is your responsibility. Information stored locally may be lost if you clear browser data, delete files, lose or replace a device, or otherwise remove that storage. Healthy Buck may be unable to recover information it does not retain. Please export or back up information you want to preserve.

Files you attach. Files attached to an HBPI request are sent for that request and are not intentionally saved as permanent Healthy Buck file storage.

Public-site measurement. Healthy Buck’s public marketing pages may use limited analytics or advertising measurement technologies, such as Google measurement tools, to understand advertising and site performance. These tools are separate from the private member wellness experience.

Third-party services and links. Healthy Buck may link to or integrate with outside services, websites, storage providers, retailers, publishers, or other partners. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Children. Healthy Buck Kids is intended to be parent- or guardian-guided. Healthy Buck does not intend to knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Kids experience.

By using Healthy Buck, you agree to these terms.

Membership. Healthy Buck membership may include newsletters, educational resources, HBPI, member tools, family resources, and other benefits offered from time to time. Subscription pricing, trials, billing, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown through the service used to purchase your membership.

Your account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your subscription account and for protecting any files, exports, browser-stored records, or other information you choose to keep.

Educational use. Healthy Buck provides wellness information, organization tools, research resources, and AI-assisted features. Healthy Buck does not provide medical care, diagnosis, prescriptions, or individualized treatment.

AI-generated information. AI can make mistakes, misunderstand context, or provide incomplete or outdated information. You are responsible for deciding how to use information provided by Healthy Buck and for consulting an appropriate qualified professional when necessary.

Third-party resources. Healthy Buck may provide links, products, videos, research, discounts, services, or other third-party resources for convenience or education. Healthy Buck does not control third-party availability, accuracy, pricing, products, services, privacy practices, or terms.

Member benefits. Discounts, coupons, samples, partner offers, or other benefits may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party offers are provided by the participating third party.

Acceptable use. You may not misuse Healthy Buck, attempt to obtain private system information, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Ownership. Healthy Buck branding, original content, software, designs, and member materials remain the property of their respective owners. Materials specifically provided for download or personal use may be saved and used for your personal purposes unless otherwise stated.

Availability. Healthy Buck may change, improve, replace, or discontinue features. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, Healthy Buck is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate information, loss of locally stored data, third-party services, or use of the service outside its intended educational purpose.
